“ The food aside I would love to comment on the service. We were those folks who came in close to closing time. The staff working were gracious, engaging, kind and obviously happy. They have great advice when ordering had fun with each other and us. To me customer service is abo it how the staff make you feel. We were welcomed as friends , treated as valued persons and left feeling recognized and as if we just made great friends. Thank you kindly for the wonderful experience which is not so common in fast food places!!! You should value your employees as they made us have a wonderful experience! ”

“ I am from Moncton. I visit Saint John once in a while. I have not eaten at this deluxe in a few years. We decided to stop in today. This is by far the very best meal we have ever had at any deluxe we’ve been to! The little girl they had on the cash was so polite. The fish and chips were amazing. I’m used to burnt fries at deluxe in Moncton but these were cooked to perfection. I’m not sure where you found these employees at but you better be paying them an awesome wage to keep them. I can only give 5 stars but this deluxe is 100/100 !!!!! Great job guys, keep it up!!!! ”
“ I remember eating at Deluxe Fish and Chips in 1969 when it was just a pickup counter. I was mesmerized then as now how they peeled and hand cut their French fries. I eat there whenever I come home to visit family in Saint John. Still delicious for beer battered fish! ”
